WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP ?

We process and ship most orders within 1-2 business days of ordering. Please note that we may not be able to ship on weekends & public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE ?

It depends on where you are on our beautiful planet.

Once shipped, deliveries take between 7-18 days. 

Delivery times to Africa and US destinations vary greatly depending on your location.

Please note, once your order has left us, any delays caused by the courier company are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. However, we will do our best to assist with any issues that arise.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING ?

Shipping fee is calculated at checkout, depending on the size of the package, the shipping method chosen and the shipping destination.

We offer free shipping on orders €45 and over

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES

We ask you to monitor your shipment status via the tracking information that is sent out to you. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your package at your door if a signature is not required. Please note, once delivered, we do not take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen. You may need to contact the carrier directly to file a lost or stolen item claim.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and contact us.
